Machine Sprayed Mortar
Machine sprayed mortar is applied to surfaces using spraying equipment. It has advantages like high construction efficiency, uniform coating, and good adhesion, and is widely used in building exterior and interior wall applications, as well as in industrial and civil engineering projects.
The addition of JINJI Cellulose, RDP and HPS to machine sprayed mortar improves the workability, water retention, bond strength, flexibility and crack resistance of the mortar, making spray construction easier and mortar quality better.

1. Cellulose ether (HPMC/MHEC)
JINJI CHEMICAL® Cellulose ether prevents mortar from drying out and blocking pipes due to rapid moisture loss. It provides lubrication to the mortar, significantly reducing pumping resistance. This ensures more uniform spraying.
Recommended grade: JINJI HP8081-100J; JINJI HM8081-100J
2. Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP)
JINJI CHEMICAL® RDP enhances the bond strength between the mortar and the substrate, preventing post-spray peeling. It also enhances the mortar's toughness, resisting cracks caused by hardening and shrinkage after spraying, ensuring a robust coating.
Recommended grade: JINJI 5001
3. Hydroxypropyl Starch Ether (HPS)
JINJI CHEMICAL® Hydroxypropyl Starch Ether provides excellent thixotropy (thinning during spraying and thickening when stationary), preventing the sprayed layer from running or sagging on vertical surfaces. This ensures consistent thickness and flatness of the coating.
