Cement-based render (plaster/mortar) is a building material made by mixing cement and sand in a particular proportion. It has been extensively used on internal and external walls to perform the functions of waterproofing, improving fire rating, and aesthetic zing the surface through the use of colored or textured renders. Compared with other mortars, it has better fluidity, durability, and workability.

1. Cellulose ether (HPMC/MHEC)
JINJI CHEMICAL® Cellulose ether retains water to prevent the cement/plaster from drying prematurely, ensuring full hydration and hardening. It improves the plasticity and workability of plaster, reducing sagging and falling during application.
Recommended grade: JINJI HP8081-100J; JINJI HM8081-100J
2. Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP)
JINJI CHEMICAL® RDP enhances the bond strength between plaster and substrate, increases flexibility to resist wall deformation and reduce cracking and delamination, and improves weather resistance.
Recommended grade: JINJI 5010
