Self-Leveling Mortar
Self-leveling is a very advanced construction technology. Due to the natural leveling of the entire floor with minimal interference from the construction personnel, the leveling and construction speed are greatly improved compared to the previous manual leveling process.
Since self-leveling requires a well-mixed mortar to be automatically leveled on the ground, the use of water-based materials is relatively large. Adding JINJI HPMC can control the water retention of the ground after pouring to achieve a smooth and flat surface with the key properties of anti-cracking, anti-shrinkage, preventing segregation, lamination, bleeding, etc. and the dry ground has high strength and low shrinkage, thus greatly reducing cracks.

1. Cellulose ether (HPMC/MHEC)
JINJI CHEMICAL® Cellulose ether prevents rapid loss of water and ensures that the cement is hydrated to obtain strength. It also regulates viscosity, controls flow rate, and prevents material separation (stratification) to ensure a smooth surface.

2. Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP)
JINJI CHEMICAL® RDP improves the flexibility and deformation resistance of mortar, reduces shrinkage cracking, and improves wear resistance and impact resistance.

JINJI CHEMICAL® Hydroxypropyl Starch ether synergises with cellulose ether to significantly enhances the mortar's anti-settling properties and thixotropy (i.e., thinning during mixing and thickening at rest).This effectively prevents sagging and deformation of materials specially during thick coating applications, ensuring precise leveling results.
4. Polypropylene fiber (PP Fiber)
