Wall Putty / Skim Coat
It is a cement-based fine powder that is indispensable before painting. Its excellent adhesion and tensile strength can extend the life of the wall paint. Its good adhesion strength, compression strength, flexibility, water-resistance, and workability features make it an important material in construction.
JINJI CHEMICAL has developed different grades cellulose ethers(HPMC & MHEC) and redispersible polymer powder(RDP) with various properties to meet the performance requirements of tile adhesive in different applications.

1. Cellulose ether (HPMC/MHEC)
JINJI CHEMICAL® Cellulose ether improves water retention, preventing putty from drying too quickly and cracking. It also enhances workability, making putty easier to apply without it sticking to the trowel.
Recommended grade: JINJI HP8081-100J; JINJI HM8081-100J
2. Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP)
JINJI CHEMICAL® RDP enhances adhesion between the putty and the wall substrate, improves flexibility to resist minor wall deformations, reduces powdering and cracking.
Recommended grade: JINJI 5001
