JINJI CHEMICAL held a team-building mountain climbing activity in Cangyan Mountain

In order to enhance team cohesion and create a positive corporate culture atmosphere, on April 27, JINJI CHEMICAL organized a group building activity with the theme of “Climbing the Peak-Building Brilliance Together”. All the staff of Foreign Trade Department of JINJI CHEMICAL went to Cangyan Mountain. This activity showed the spirit of mutual assistance and mutual trust of team members and the courage to climb the peak.

On the way to the mountain, the beautiful natural scenery became an unexpected surprise: between the layers of mountains and greenery, the ancient temples were hidden in the clouds and mist, and the clear springs murmured between the rocks. Employees used mobile phones to record the moments of mutual collaboration and the beauty of the mountains, and the sound of laughter and gasps intertwined, adding vitality to the silent mountains and forests. During the hiking process, some people reached out to help their companions to cross the steep slope, and some people shared the drinking water they carried with them. In the face of the steep path of Cangyan Mountain, colleagues with strong physical strength took the initiative to explore the way ahead, experienced members shared their climbing skills and reminded their teammates to pay attention to the safety of their feet from time to time along the way. All members encouraged and helped each other, fully demonstrating the positive, united and collaborative spirit, making the company's team cohesion become more solid.

After 1 hour and 40 minutes of trekking, all the team members met at the 1024 meters above sea level at the Viewing Platform. The company organized an open sharing session on the viewing platform, where employees sat on the ground and chatted about the interesting stories on the self-driving journey and their feelings during the hiking. ‘The sense of freedom of self-driving is just like our working mode,’ one of the employees lamented, ’but no matter what the form is, the support of the team is always the driving force.’ In the relaxed communication, the distance between colleagues was further narrowed, and the consensus was quietly coalesced in the mountain breeze and beautiful scenery.

 The team-building activity not only provided an opportunity for employees to relax and enhance friendship, but also stimulated team spirit and sense of collaboration. Through this team-building activity, employees not only harvested laughter and food, but also felt the power of the team in the process of hiking.
