Second, test preparations
1.Material preparation: Cement, sand, HPMC, water, and sample molds.
2.Instrument preparation: Measuring cylinders, mixers, electronic balances, measuring instruments (such as presses), thermo-hygrometers, etc.
3.Environmental conditions: The test environment should be of constant temperature and humidity to avoid the influence of extreme weather conditions on the test results.
Third, Test Procedures
1. Material Proportioning: According to the required characteristics of cement plaster, accurately weigh the proportion of cement sand and HPMC, and add water and stir evenly. 2. Mold Filling: Pour the evenly stirred cement plaster slurry into the pre-prepared molds and gently vibrate to remove air. 3. Initial Setting Time Determination: Within a specific time, determine the initial setting time of cement plaster by methods such as the touch-needle method. 4. Curing: Cure the samples under standard conditions, usually for 28 days, to ensure full hardening. 5. Strength Testing: Use a press machine to test the compressive strength and flexural strength of the samples and record the data. IV. Data Analysis By organizing the test data, the performance indicators of cement plaster can be analyzed to determine whether they meet the project requirements. Compare the test results of different proportions, find the best formula, and put forward improvement suggestions. V. Precautions 1. Operating Specifications: During the test, the operating steps must be standardized to ensure the repeatability of the test. 2. Safety Protection: The laboratory should be equipped with necessary safety facilities, and laboratory personnel need to wear protective equipment to prevent injuries caused by misoperation. 3.
